They halved the lvl 1 cd while nerfing it's damage by 20, so if you proc it off cd you will do a lot more damage than you would now. Zeds w cd lvl 1 is 22 seconds meaning nearly every time he can w he can proc electrocute, idk, the minor rune nerfs will hurt more I think but electrocute doesn't seem all that nerfed, maybe later game but it seems stronger in lane phase to me

as a pyke player right now elc is doing about 20-23 more dmg then after shock lvl 1/2 rn going to make aftershock the more optimal rune now since you'll do same dmg and just get stupid mr/armour if im not mistaken its almost 70 lvl 1/2 so there will be no reason not to take aftershock. before the extra dmg plus the extra like 10 lethality is nice from sudden impact for the push for lvl 2 all in on pyke since his lvl 2 is one of the best in game and if you can all in at 2 when they 1 gg but this strat might not be as strong because his early game dmg is like all in all 40/50 less now doesn't seem like alot but lvl 1 it could be when after shock just gives you the survivability and some dmg aswell just a will be flat out better imo but this is all for
