I don't play jungler (ADC/Support main here), so I don't have much to offer from that position.
The best suggestion I have is focus bot lane if mid and top don't want your help. Believe me, I've had games where the enemy bot lane is at 1/4 health at our tower and we are at 1/4 but can't engage and would love for someone to come help get that double kill.
Or, if you don't want to help bot or they tell you to go away, just speed farm the jungle and get 2 levels up on every. Maybe even pick a carry jungler who can splitpush and just splitpush. Shaco, Yi, Tryndamere, Fizz, Ekko, Graves or Yasuo maybe. People who are slippery and can do damage. If you are top, maybe even Nasus or Fiora.
Another thing is work on being positive. If you are playing a support or a tank, than obviously your deaths are forgivable so long as you aren't feeding. But there are times where you are a carry and you are 4/6/10, which is ok, but would be better if you weren't dying so much. If you are playing an ADC, maybe try a longer range carry. Your history is 90% Lucian but I see that when you play Jinx and Ashe, you tend to have higher kills to deaths on them (granted, it's an unfair bias for me to say you play Jinx better than Lucian if you only play 2 Jinx games to 30 Lucian).
I'm curious, why do you keep choosing Lucian? Do you just like his playstyle better or just enjoy the champ story? I personally find him rather challenging cause he can be a lane bully, but he's short range. I feel like you really have to go ham on him to do stuff for your team, which is great if you know him well, but he gets out classes with other champs like Caitlyn, Ashe, or Jhin cause they can provide utility even if they are behind in their build. Granted, if your team doesn't take advantage of that utility, then it's not that helpful, but it's still something.
