"Ability on Cooldown" Sound is Annoying

Hello, I am a jungle main and record commentary guides for Youtube. I have been playing a lot of Udyr lately, but I am hesitant to release any of my videos with him because the sound of spamming bear stance to move around the map is so annoying. When bear stance is on cd, I just keep pressing e so i don't need to look at my ability bar, and can look at the map or other lanes instead. Not only is it annoying to hear this "tsst" sound constantly while playing, but it completely ruins the commentary video and I don't see a way of turning it off. Is there a way to turn this sound off? If not, could a way of disabling the "ability on cooldown" sound be added to the sound settings? There are a lot of champions besides Udyr who spam abilities, so I feel like this would be a valuable addition to the game settings. Thanks for your time.
