Riots Match makers

I really don't like how riot doesn't do anything about the trolls and feeding in the game. I been playing over 30 games an about 20 of them has trolls or feeders. I trying to carry my team but the trolls are real. Its impossible to carry a troll if he doesn't try to help you. For the feeder there are those who just feed for fun and those who needs help. Sure its understandable but riots should fix there match up to where people with the same skill level play each other. I been getting annoyed with all of them because I like having fun by having a great game without the feeding and trolls. Sure that there are times you lose and times you win but trolls and feeder just make that whole 20min go down the drain and wasting 20min of your life. Sure people can say that playing League is a wast of time but I think that doing something you love is not a waste of time.
