Storms Razor needs to be changed to only melee's

My thoughts on the item Storm razor needs to be changed. The fact that you can just poke with it and get crits is nice but when a range champ gets that its just way to good for them. The fact that someone can build this on a range with all the leathality items just dosent bold well.

Bro this item is made especially for adc to poke and kite. Marksmen are already so bad this patch why would you make them worst ! !!?? Pff.

The item was DESIGNED for Marksmen though. The reduced initial damage of its poke basically compensates for the crit change to deal more damage -- you could have a 50% chance to deal 200% damage, or a reliable chance to deal 160% damage, the disadvantage being that Stormrazor's DPS drops in comparison after 1-2 attacks as the crit takes over.

No. This item got designed to be used by ADCs. People really have to stop demanding melee only on almost every item. Especially if these items are supposed to be taken by marksmen.
