Is it possible to move your mastery pages around?

I tend to make different mastery pages for different champions, as I'm sure a lot do. But I also make a basic, general mastery page such as an AP rune page.. Well say you're up to 16 pages and you want to make a new page and you'll more than likely be using it a lot. Is there no way to move or swap mastery page orders? The same goes for rune pages. If not then why is this not funded to be implemented!? It would be really awesome for organization purposes.

It's quite annoying to rename a mastery page and reset the points, just to move a new page to the front. Then to repeat the process to get the old one where you wanted it.
