getting it first started it wasn't much but when lvl 9 came around and i got the 5 stacks and my item 3364 i was loving the close to 40 second cd*[sg-lux]* until i realized the enemies weren't warding enough for it to be used fully*[sg-soraka]*

As a top laner I take this and zombie ward so I can get as many wards out as possible. Keep up the sweeping, people will learn eventually.

well i like to pair it up with my support items and item 2045 and have my items off cd more than my own ult

You can go even lower if you take the stopwatch rune and the 5% global CDR one. Stoneplate can go down to 18.4 second CD and Zhonyas can go down to 24 second CD.

People not warding is a problem a lower elos in general. I pretty much always keep my warding trinket as a jungler because I can't rely on my teammates to ward and my opponent doesn't put enough down for sweeper to be worth it.

That's actually freaking hilarious, and I have been wondering why it wasn't taken more with how low sweeping, redemption, aegis, and support items CD go with it stacked. It all makes sense.

yeah 90 seconds down to 36 seconds it's lower than most ults i use as a support

Pretty much every teamfight you'll have core actives up.

It+zombie wards are imo a must have for supports. just sucks that tank tree supports can't get access to manaband or else they give up both of those core runes.

Ingenious hunter will pretty much be taken always on support because the item CDR is just too good. Even if you don't find wards it's still useful to scan out enemies in brushes you don't have ward in. Even if you don't get any ward it's still a good thing to know that the enemy has no vision on you.
