Health regeneration

So I realized that during mid to late game, when my health is low, I get health regeneration about 40 each time at around .5 seconds intervals. As a result, my HP replenishes really fast. What is the source of this regen?

Do you have red buff? Because that gives some crazy regen. But also I have no idea sometimes ill be running through the JG and ill just get like 50 health a second and I have no idea what is happening but I just go with it.

Likely Ocean Drake or Red Buff.
