Need More Custom Game Options - Can't Play Custom DarkStar Game With Group of 6 Friends

This isn't something new. When I searched on google to see if there was a way to play the rotating game mode at the time in a custom game with friends, I saw other dead posts on this topic. I'm hoping this one won't be like those.

League of Legends is a social game. Many people, especially my group of friends only ever play the game when others are playing, rarely ever playing solo. That being said, when a lot of friends are on, especially on a Friday night (when I am posting this) we want to all play together. Unfortunately the options are extremely limited. The only real customization is the map, with Howling and Twisted available to you.

League has created a lot of good game modes like DarkStar, but don't allow you to play against your friends in custom games when it is available. League in the past had encouraged you to play in parties now ironically doesn't give you the option to just play with your friend's and have fun. Implementing a change to allow people to play custom games of the current rotating game mode can go a long way. I could easily imagine playing that game mode for hours if I wasn't just playing against random people, but my friends.

Other fine tuning options for custom games like increasing number of people etc would be nice but most importantly I feel like we should be able to play the rotating game modes as custom games. This is a multiplayer game, but many people do play custom games and I feel like they shouldn't get the short end of the stick. They too should get updates and the attention they need to keep interesting for their player base.

The functionality isn't built into the client yet. It's not a priority.

Doesn't seem like it should be too much trouble though. And the payoff would be so much!

I'm not sure why they don't want to simply allow people to play the game modes in customs at any time, but... they seem determined to keep that from happening.
