I know that accounts get flagged if you're smurf but isn't this a bit too much. Playing against someone with full T3 runes is like having an item less. But Rito doesn't stop there and matches us with 2 lvl 30 accounts.

Tokusatsu Jutsu1 votesDo you honestly believe skill gap between 3,5,6 - 18 and 21 is anywhere close to 18 and 21 to Gold ? If you ignore skill they still clearly have rune and masteries advantage.
