New Champ Select Issue

In the old blind/draft pick, you could hover over a champion and when the counter goes to zero, the champ will be locked in. With the new draft, this is not the case. I hover over my champion with 10 seconds left, and when it hits zero I dodge the game and get a cooldown.

Riot, please do one of two things:

1. Revert these changes.

2. Revert these changes.
