S9 Placements
WIth new placements are you still going to be placing much lower than your original rank. Is is 9 games after the one that gives you your starting rank or is it 10?

This link is to one of riots posts on youtube on this topic, i have given it a time stamp which is where the explanation of this starts. They don't say how much lower you will be placed, but i assume it will be similar to previous seasons, but they do outline how the placement system will work.
