So... uh... how bout Zilean

I've noticed in the recent patch that they deleted Ivern's R due to the annoyance of taking down a champion only for it to be A-Okay a few seconds later. How 'bout Zilean. I feel like Zilean is just the most dominant Summoner atm. I mean, early game he destroys, midgame, he destroys, late game, he destroys. As a Ryze/Veigar main, its really hard to fight him. He has great damage in the beginning of the round. Now, you may just be thinking "Just don't fight him early, save up and gank him". That would be great if he couldn't just timewarp one of you then Q the other, and walk away knowing that's a confirmed kill because he never leaves lane and the minions on low levels WILL take you down if you dont have around 4 health pots to spam as you run with your tail between your legs out of lane. Now, you may just think "Hmm... I'll just leave him alone, not try to fight and stay behind my minions". Well good luck, because once he hits level 6 his ults out, and you know what that means. Time for a pentakill. Zilean can either make him, or his ally, literally resurrect. Literally, resurrect. You know that Garen it took 1000 basic attacks to take down? Whoops he's back. You know how you managed to gank Zilean finally and took him dow- wait nevermind. Now he has 600+ health and all his cooldowns are back.

Listen, I know this is more of a Silver Pleb rant more than anything, but I just feel like he's really unfair, overpowered in low elo, amazing in teamfights and amazing isolated. In order to understand if anybody else has the same opinion, I have included a poll below.
