I absolutely love Sylas, but I have 1 problem with him.
Controversial opinion here, but why does the enemy have to know what Ult you are holding?

Because for clarity purposes, you need to know how to potentially play around him. Zoe shows you what summoner she's currently pilfered for this same reason. You can't make valid plays against Sylas if he could potentially have a Lux ult or a Blitzcrank ult, they operate WAY differently and require very different ways to play against them, and it would give Sylas a ridiculously unfair advantage if enemies didn't know what he was holding.
Well technically, the what ult he'll have stored will be public knowledge anyway since he'll have to use it on someone. Probably just done as a fair and friendly reminder. It's also just plain helpful for Sylas's teammates.
Same reason Kayn transforms into Rhaast or Shadow Assassin rather than just swapping abilities - Gameplay Clarity.
