Akali tune-up, q and auto animation speed.

Akali's auto always felt really sluggish for a "ninja." Now that they took away the pure passive boost to her aa, at least give her something to work with. Like how Katarina got treated--faster initial attack. Not saying increase attack speed over-all, just boost how fast it first comes out, so she can actually do her combo.

Something else pretty slow-her q. I've thrown the q and R'd and hit an opponent with an attack without Q proccing on many occasions. It's just so slooow.
