As we all know Kassadin was at one time a champ to be respected. Now I feel he has been nurfed so much no one ever uses him anymore. He was one of my favorite champs to use... Now sadly every time I see his icon I look at it in disappointment. I'm making an attempt to reach out to the riot team asking them to please consider finding a way to bring him back up to par..

This might just be me, but i feel with all his changes his role has shifted to jungle from mid lane, or even top lane. His shield is so useless mid lane anyway that taking him top wont cause much difference. And especially post 6 his jungle ganks would be pretty brutal and relentless with him having blue buff.

why would you jungle Kassadin ??

his shield only absorbs magic damage
his E works better with other player casting spells nearby
can't gank until lvl 6

His W works great for clearing camps, and even though his Q shield doesnt block melee damage, it barely blocks magic damage as it is, so thats a pretty invalid point. Also, with your E you can still gank before 6, you walk into lane, E them, and they're pretty heavily slowed. Between ganks is more than enough time to get your E back up too, and post 6, your ganks are awesome, its no different than Yi or WW at that point.

there was a tons of convo that has been done about it. they are buffing his overall dmg instead of switching it around. which is good. but it has a high cost(R Ap ratio). I think its a good thing. It wont be enough to make him actually viable and decent. but its a good start.

he received a tromendous amount of nerfs and he isnt even that mobile anymore. Riot knows this. They will help him out a bit.
