Or let me say Relative issue, i think it falls off rather hard since his base damage is what he relies on, but early levels its a lot to handle, especially when he can dive for free with R. Thats just my opinion, maybe I'm just a typical bronze shitter and I couldn't be more incorrect if I tried, but thats what it seems.
