Unbalance teammatch

Recently, I've played against this kind of team, which include a low level players (around level 10) and several level 30 players, a lot. The problem is Riot system always matching me with other 2x players (usually 20 to 24) and then we fight again those level 30 players. It's not fair. How can we win over those?. We're just new in this game and they are veteran in the game. I think Riot team should restrict the level gap between those players to improve the game balance.

Would you prefer it if it tripled or quadrupled your queue time? The vast majority of active players on here are level 30. Restricting the level gap will drastically increase the time you'd have to wait to get into a game because you'd need to wait for enough players near your level.

Usually, 2x will queue to match a game with 2x players.. But what I mean is level-30 players team up with their other accounts or friends in low level and get that easy win.
