Ability to move around Rune and Mastery Pages

It would be nice to be able to move around your Rune or Mastery Pages. For me I like to have it go top to bottom (Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC, Support). but as new champs and changes go on it becomes a little too tedious having to go back and forth between a rune page just so I get it in the right order.
