Response to Depth article(Ghostclawer)

This is in response to Voidinsanity's awesome post, I guess they locked that post up?

"Completely on point, every single word you said. Best part, I didnt even know there was a problem myself, I just casually wasted my time on league because I havent seen anything else to interest me. Im 32 years old, and all the games out there now, its like they are just money games, made to make money and with no regard to progression in terms of the next level of gaming....its a damned joke, there is nothing to play, and the next "level" is going to be VR with no depth and just a lot of gimmicks and time wasters...I wish I could find something else as a hobby, but I have yet to be able to. People need to recognize this post as obvious flippin truth and get to discussing what can be done to fix, not only this genre of gaming or game, but gaming in general. I believe the younger generation(25y/o and less, give or take) of gaming doesnt understand the problem or even see one, and thats why we have no real progression of gaming happening.
