When will i get my honor back?

So i recently got banned (again) for 14 days for beeing toxic to the enemy team which i'm sorry for. My ban was removed about 2 weeks ago i think. I was just wondering when will i get my honor level and rewards back? And again I'm sorry for my mistakes.

I've been level 0 for nearly a year after a chat ban. Only just hit threshold 1 a week ago. You got a long road ahead.

I've yet to receive honor lvl 3 even though I'm told that I have 74% more GG honor's than the average player.
