Current abilites
Passive Harrier: Valor periodically marks a nearby visible enemy with Harrier Vulnerable for 4.5 seconds, and granting Sight icon sight of them over the duration. This cannot occur again for a few seconds, decreasing if Quinn triggers the Vulnerable. If Quinn attacks a Vulnerable enemy, she deals 「 25 - 215 」 (+ 50% bonus AD) bonus physical damage.
Change: Valor marks a nearby visable target"Prioritizes low health targets" Vulnerable for 4.5 s. Has two target rings when you hover over the passive icon,the normal circle from her current passive for further targets,and a smaller target circle that would target champions over minions and monsters..Killing a monster/minion that has the Passive reduces the cool down by 1s" could be more or less" of Harrier..A champion kill doubles this cool down Harrier still works while tag teamed..No idea why it wouldn't work
Q:Blinding Assualt
ACTIVE: Quinn commands ValorSquare Valor to fly forwards in a line, stopping when he collides with an enemy. Valor then deals physical damage and Blind icon blinds nearby enemies within 210-range for 1.5 seconds. TAG TEAM: Valor deals physical damage to all enemies within 275-range of himself and Blind icon blinds them for 1.5 seconds.
Change: Blind is fine,damage is fine..Rank ups increase the projectile speed of Valor Tag team: Meh fine
W:Heightened Senses
PASSIVE: Attacking a Harrier.png Vulnerable target will grant Quinn bonus attack speed and flat movement speed for 3 seconds. PASSIVE - Tag Team.png TAG TEAM: ValorSquare Valor gains bonus attack speed. ACTIVE: All area within range is Sight icon revealed for 2 seconds.
**Change: Its fine, maybe a lower CD and no mana cost on Quinn's version,Valor still has a mana cost ** E:Vault
ACTIVE: Quinn dashes to an enemy, Airborne icon knocking it back a short distance, dealing physical damage and Slow icon slowing the target's movement speed by 50%. This slow decays over 2 seconds. Upon reaching the target, she leaps off and lands near her maximum attack range away from the target. Valor will immediately mark this target as Harrier.png Vulnerable. ACTIVE - Tag Team.png TAG TEAM: Valor dashes to an enemy and applies the same Slow icon slow, Airborne icon knockback and physical damage, but does not mark or leap off the target.
*Change: Still dashes,marks..The dash IN Quinn is still targetable, but the dash out,she becomes untargetable * Or a faster jump back Tag Team: Same but would add a mark to the target Vaulted on ** Ult:Tag Team ACTIVE: For 20 seconds, ValorSquare Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker with alternate versions of Quinn's abilities. Valor can move through units and gains greatly increased movement speed that gradually decreases to a lower amount while in combat.
Change: Gains armor+ MR when the movement speed is decreased, No Armor or MR is gained when the speed is maxed I.E running away
Skystrike ACTIVE - Tag Team.png TAG TEAM: Quinn returns to perform Skystrike, dealing physical damage to all enemies within range. The damage is increased by 1% for every 1% of the target's missing health. If Skystrike has not been cast during Tag Team, it will be cast automatically when Tag Team ends.
Change: If a target has Quinn's passive Harrier on them,it will proc the damage from the passive first, then the ult damage

I am no where near a champ expert..I would just love to see some tweeks to Quinn,as she is..well...never really seen
