Does anyone think Fizz (or at least his e) isn't BS?

Fortunately, I haven't had to play against Fizz in what feels like weeks (Yay for getting to ban 60% of the games you play), but I occasionally watch streams and he is in almost every game. It just seems like his E has been the single most busted spell in the game for forever now.

Thoughts? I just don't see it as "fair" (lol is anything fair in this game?) in comparison to basically any other ability in the game. I have advocated for 8sec static cd unaffected by CDR, but most people don't seem to agree with some portion of that.

Yup. The way people treat Fizz is silly. "Oh, I know he is mobile and can go invulnerable, so I'm going to stay in the same place and use all my skillshots on him". Then they complain on the forums about Fizz.

Play around his E, and you'll never have to complain about Fizz again. Like honestly.

Fizz's E is ridiculous and just needs to be reworked. He's almost impossible to kill once he gets a few items and he can blow up anyone almost instantly. He gets so much free damage and E allows him to get away with playing terribly because it's up every 4 seconds later anyway.

What if he had to choose where he was going to troll poll off of when he initiates the E? IE pick a spot and the fizz jumps and then rebounds to that spot you picked instead of letting him sit there and decide where he wants to go for forever. I think that would atleast make it dodgeable and require a little setup if it's going to do that obscene damage. Alternatively, they could just move his damage around and make E purely mobility. It just does way too much in one move TBH.

I find Fizz's E Fine, maybe if it had a higher CD. But there are many spells that completely protect you from everything,

Yes. I'm fine with his e. Needs a slight cd nerf of a second or two, other than that it's fine. I'd even be happy if he got a mana buff to compensate (it's a pretty expensive ability).
