Jinx needs to be nerfed or simply deleted

Jinx is the most OP Champion there is... she can move faster than most Champions, she has a longer range than most ranged champions, she can slow other champions, and she has a global ULT. none of these things should be allowed to be on one Champion.... yet Jinx has them all. the only reason i am writing this is because i play blind pick. every draft pick I have ever been in she is the first one to be banned. i would simply play draft pick, but the wait time is over half an hour sometimes. average is around 15 minutes. my suggestion is to just delete that fucking piece of trash champion. when someone picks jinx, that person is the only one that can have any fun.
