It is time for Riot to reevaluate Kog'maw. Since his "rework" in 5.22 he has fallen short of the strengths he is supposed to exemplify namely the latest of late game a "Giga-Carry" that if allowed to will ultimately carry even the direst of games, but since 5.22 Kog has been known mostly for his great mid game relying heavily on the absurdity of Guinsoo's. When Guinsoo's was changed into its current form Kog lost a crutch that had been supporting him heavily. The dust of this change has settled and I believe it is time for Riot to revisit Kog instead of allowing him to stay in his current form with no real scaling and a very linear item build path.

BACK UP A SECOND. DID YOU JUST PUT THE WORDS "KOG'MAW" AND "NO REAL SCALING" IN ONCE SENTENCE? Have you played with a single Kog late game? He erases entire teams in seconds at most. You must have played with the worst Kog in the game if you think he doesnt scale.

Players have no idea how to balance champions. They only play said champs. The game belongs to Riot, and only they know best about these things.
