I always see him with god score and I started wondering if I should buy him? Im not aware of any nerfs though. So can you guys tell me if hes worth for carrying RANKED and just playing RANKED and if he is explain how to play him/build etc. THANK YOU
He's pretty decent as a Bruiser/Off-Tank/Full Tank. Depending on Top Lane matchup he can be quite dominant there, or as a Jungler. To the best of my knowledge he's considered quite strong at the moment because of Challenging Smite Cinderhulk which increases your Bonus HP by 25% which interacts well with his W.
If you're looking to build him as a Full-Tank Jungler, I'd suggest something along the lines of:
Full-Tank Top Lane:
Bruiser/Off-Tank:
VERY SITUATIONAL Challenging Smite Cinderhulk Top:
Challenging Smite Cinderhulk can be a bit risky in lane depending on what you're up against because you don't have Flash, but once you get your Bami's Cinder the lane becomes a lot easier.
He have a very strong midgame, but tend to fall-of a bit late. You can easily snowball with that and will probably be able to do a LOT of damage (W + Ult damage is crazy).
Build with :
+ 
OR core. You will have an insane midgame, nobody can 1v1 you, and you will probably delete the carrys with your W. The will makes you more reliable, and increase your gank power.
want more armor? pick one. Depend on what you want / need.
want to counter AP ? pick one
= For burst damage (if the APc REALY hates you, and like wasting his burst) or poke
= For everything, good in any situation.
= If you want more damage on your AA, and don't care about being less tanky/ losing some damage on your W
= If AoE and support didn't take it.

i played him alot and would say "mained" him for a while. hes VERY tough in soloQ because hes a very team reliant champ. he has some very big powers no one else has, but if you cant use them due to your team, you have zero anything.
Get him, I mained him last season with ~51% win rate.... that's something, in bronze :)

I think he's amazing, you can build him almost all tank and STILL shred the opposite team
