so i am silver 3 now and going in ranked games getting people who are unranked to play with me and when i check their profile they lost every ranked game and feeding but no one stop them , 2nd thing is that i am lvl 215 and he is 37 how come do i get matched up with these people ???? how i need a answer please riot

MMR isn't based on level. It's based on how well you play. You play as well as a lvl 37 player and you get paired up with one. Easy as that.
