Afk system error

So I logged into my account after not playing for awhile due to afk que error.. and months later still getting this same error.. WTF?? this is Total BS and needs to be fixed. Attached is link to show I have not been afk but still getting afk que timer. I did have connection issues in a twisted treeline match but that is the only thing in the last 20 matches I have played. Not going to play if I keep getting this stupid low priority 5 mins just to wait to que thing.
