So it has been said in the patch note that spirit visage would now be 20% to ALL healing. i was REALLY happy with that since i main support and mostly play soraka ( she's already so OP) but when i logged in earlier to play a game, i noticed its still 20% to SELF healing and i was wondering if its a mistake made by riot ? cause otherwhise i really dont see the buff there

It's all healing taken, not all healing done.

So someone with Visage is healed by Soraka more than someone without Visage.
