Soft reset balls

What's the deal with having to endure every game with plats after the reset (I'm silver 3).

Do I just have to wait until August until they're all gone? I'd like to try to get to gold but right now there is zero chance due to the massive imbalance in every game. Win or lose I have little influence. I can deal with smurfs but this is ridiculous. I rarely post here and I'd seriously like to discuss if anyone else is feeling this?

And yeah I'm salty!
