Normal's Matchmaking is BROKEN

This is the post game lobby with scores, and the lolnexus page showing the ranks of everyone in the game. Just take a moment to look at it and then I'll point a few things out. The system now basically says that rank MMR and normal MMR is totally different, they have no correlation. I say it's wrong. You have people on smurfs that may have little to no normal games, and be challenger, you really think a challenger and a bronze will be equal? Give up this idea that normal and rank MMR should be fully separate because it doesn't work. They had three plats on their team, oh look who carried the game and had the best scores. Not the silver, no the three plats. I was the highest rank on my team, and look who had the best score, not the lowest rank, and no the un-ranked. You want it to be fair, if you have a team of plats put them with other plats, you want a team with gold and silvers, put them with other gold and silvers. I have tons of pictures showing silver with plats, a full team of bronze vs golds, it's not fair, and guess which team normally always wins, the one with the high ranked people. I had a game the other day silver playing with plats and diamonds. I get it, you don't want normal's to be ranked, but the rank you achieve shows your skill better than just normal games. Yes normal's is where you can go to have fun, but this matchmaking is stupid and prevents having fun by playing with people who are much better rank than you or your team. The game I just played I had to try extra hard watching my team do stupid things, and when you get higher ranked things like that will be taken advantage of and my team got slaughtered over and over not by just being bad, by for not knowing better. This teaches new people that this game will crush you for being bad, not teach them how not to be bad, and that's stupid. I remember in the past it wasn't this bad. We had a shown MMR and that's what we were, we played with others near our number, then ranks came out, good idea, but then season after season it gets worse and worse. now saying that and not giving a solution doesn't help, so why not add the normal and rank mmr together and take the average? All I'm saying is have a silver/bronze team vs platinum's isn't fair.

Now I've been playing this game for years, spent a lot of time, money, and effort into it and I still want it to grow and be successful. I encourage people to comment, if you agree or disagree, and I want to see some Riot Employees commenting on this, explain why this happens, and what's being done to fix it. I've talked to them before and the excuse they fed me was that it's not supposed to happen, and games like this slip through. Now I know that's a load of bull because I have pictures that show many many games of this happening, and if it's NOT supposed to happen, what is being done to stop it?
