A Gamemode for Champs under Mastery 3 for learning

Alright, so we all know that MMR affects your games and quite frankly, when learning a new champ you are condemned if you don't learn the mechanics in bot games. Later when playing with players, you need to juggle learning the new champion you are picking up while possibly playing against people who are on their main champions.

There is nothing wrong with this, but wouldn't it be nice if there was a specific "option" to try out new champions and learn them against people also trying out new champions? I feel the game would be a little less punishing, which helps the player become less frustrated with straying away from their main champion or role.

Of course, there would need to be a form of control for this game mode, otherwise people could take in their main champs at Mastery 7 and completely ruin the days of people honestly trying to learn. To balance this, maybe this mode could only have champions below mastery 4, which at that point, you should be familiar with mechanics and be at least semi-decent enough to play around your normal MMR.

I figure this would be a helpful experience for those wanting to branch out.

Conversely - what about a gamemode where you could only play champions you have Mastery Level 6 or 7 on?

You could perhaps.. Create a new account and once level 30 play ranked lose every game until bronze v then use that account ranked when you want to experiment.

Otherwise just play normals or customs/npc

This wouldn't make much since because say this guy is diamond and never touched yasuo then decided to try it, he would enter that game mode and annihilate everybody because he understands the game as a whole. Once you understand the main concepts each champ is simply you having to adapt to their abilities etc. shouldn't be too difficult to get the hang of if you really try or read a couple short tips on them.
