New game mode idea

A 5v5 game on summoners rift called summoners scramble where you pick a champ and get all random skills. Everyone gets a random passive, 3 random skills, and a random ult from any other champ in the game. To make the game fun and somewhat balanced, disable some skills like quin w, ashe e, azir's q w e, and other skills of the sort that would be no good. Just a suggestion, don't know if anyone has thought of this idea, just wanted to get some feedback on if this sounded fun to anyone else.

Ability draft is a DotA thing, and making totally random ability sets kinda... wouldnt be fun, especially if you got a bunch of aweful ones with no synergy.

But say... a random champion, and then a pool of 20 random abilities to choose from? that could interesting. Could even set it up so you pick in four phases; Passive, First ability, Second ability, Third ability, Ultimate ability.
