Katarina is Draven's sister apparently

So, it's been a good while getting back into LoL and I've tried out Katrina and that rework..

WHY?! WHY?! WHY?! Would you make an assassin champ with the same mechanics basically as Draven knowing damn well that character is not going to be a bottom lane character and will get smashed so hard for having those mechanics against Mid and Top lane champs.

And if Katarina isn't Draven's sister could you please fix her to where she was back in 2012. That would be great.. Thanks

Sorry but that rework is just terrible. I don't understand what was broken with her original mechanics.

Whos Katrina? And how do they have anything in common to an ADC or Draven in particular?
