League Of Legends Blocked

Ok so at School They have blocked the LOL Port pvp.timer or something and Although I have the App I cannot connect to the game without using a Hotspot

However this is very laggy and often causes me to loose fights and games

People have told me to use a VPN but that dosen't work because I use a SCHOOL Computer, therefor when I try to install the VPN it requires an administrator password I Experimented with Tunnel Bear but it requires a password to install a "Helper tool"

Anyone know a VPN that can be installed without an Administrator password?

Or just a way to connect to LOL ?

Also to those who say I should not be playing leauge at school

I have Free periods a few times a week in which I get 2-3 Hours of free time I play during this <---

Do they block it by your network or through your local IP, do you know? You could always experiment with changing your IP but chances are it's a network ban so it probably wont work.

I don't know of a way to get around it if you have a school computer except maybe finding an easy-going teacher or someone with authority to grant you access to it
