What champ is best for carrying in ranked?

I've played this game for a while and I want to carry so I can get to gold, currently silver 5. So out of these what would be best to carry with? Overall tips are greatly appreciated. If none of these are good enough for you, then by all means tell me what champ you think would be best.

EDIT: I have not bought any of these yet, I want to know which would be best out of the 4.

Whichever one you play the best with.

In my opinion, you shouldn't look for a champion that is god-tier. In fact, you should play a champion that suits your playstyle and that you enjoy playing. I play Draven a lot in Ranked even though there are far better ADCs that I could play because I love his playstyle of being able to snowball early game. I also enjoy the tears of all those Vayne mains
