its been about a week and a half since ive got a key fragment and ive been getting s's in games but nothing feelsbadman am i just unlucky?

Your grade has no influence on getting key fragments.
You can play in a premade to increase your odds of getting a key drop when you win, but the key fragment drop rate decreases with every fragment you get so it dries up after awhile. The drop rate does reset on a monthly basis though, so it'll get better eventually.
