Buff display

Ok... So like a lot of stuff about the preseason is really cool but just one thing bugs me. Why is the buff location placed in the bottom left of the screen. I main adc and like when an ignite is ticking on me i would like to see it way more clearly in the middle of the screen where it used to be. Or like Nami places her E on me i would like to see how much time i have to utilize it etc. I feel like if riot could just make an option to make it to how it used to be. I even asked a lot of people and 8/10 people say they liked how it used to be.
