DEATH TO RYZE!

Finally, at long last, Riot has brought the nerf hammer down on the hyper tank carry mage DPS abomination that is Ryze. Rejoice, REJOICE!

Rune Prison [ W ] - Max Mana scaling has been REMOVED (from 4.5%)
Spell Flux [ E ] - Max Mana scaling has been REMOVED (from 1%)

Though, since it took Riot so long to nerf him, he got tanky enough to resist some of the nerf-bats effects and will still most likely still see play. Shame they didn't slice a bit of mana scaling off his Q as well. Oh well...
