Mage Update Lissandra?
So, I'm yet to test out this mage rework, however I can't help but notice someone conspicuously absent.
Lissandra.
There was some talk waaaaaay back of changing her frankly uninspiring passive, is that still on the books?

Also Lissandra is dangerous territory to mess with, she has the potential to be VERY strong if she was given buffs. There was a time when she was dominating in the LCS after some "minor changes". They're probably scared of that again.
Lissandra's not immobile, she doesn't really have any identity or power problems, and her passive creates some gameplay things with her to make her mana pool more than just "when this runs out you have to go back"
Fair points both of them. It just for me feels out-dated and boring. Get an RoA/morellonomicon and it just doesn't affect gameplay anymore and that seems to be totally against the philosophy seen in the vast majority of other passives.
