Need some advice on a problem I am having

Hi I'm a gold jg main, got plat last season, made it to plat 4 last season but currently stuck in G3. So lately I have been recording some things about games, trying to find out where I can improve because I would like to get to plat before the season ends. I have noticed one very constant pattern. This is 100% consistent. Every game where my teammates die 10+ times in the first 10 minutes I lose. There were some games where it was 10+ deaths in the first 11 or 12 minutes but, you get the gist of it. Everything else I win. I know this doesn't sound that bad but i'm winning less than 50% of my games. So yes, that means they are actually dying that much. In that many games. I have documented this and IMHO this pretty much means ranked is rigged to some extent. Or I have very bad luck. So anyway, what i'm asking is as a jg main how can I stop this from happening? Any advice?

Yeah I recently started going heavy on the counter jg. I have been trying to counter gank but I still need to improve with tracking the enemy jg when they don't show themselves. The problem though is that every time I somehow improve, it's as if the games just get more one-sided. Like i'll be winning 50% of the games, and then I learned some tips from a challenger on how to counter jg and when I started doing that I won a few games. I felt like I was getting somewhere, then that's when the massive feeding started happening EVERY game. This is giving it a very rigged feel. Like if I improve then I am punished with an even shittier team and more enemy smurfs. Also I have been looking up enemy players and they always have consistently high kda, like basically the patterns you see in smurfs. I feel like there's me, and like one other guy, and 5 enemies and we are all pretty good. Then there will be 3 teammates who literally act like they never played the game before. I know i'm venting and rambling but I mean other people climb so there must be something I can do. I'm going to try to improve at counter ganking and see how that goes. Btw every single game I have the most gold and just destroy the enemy jg if we ever 1v1 like it's sad how bad I shut them down and then still lose to them lol. It didn't used to be like that. I'm WAY better than I was when I got plat before so I don't know why it's so hard to climb now.
