Reds pls

I really want a red to explain to me and others that view this, why can't Riot just put servers in two locations e.g. NA West NA East. With all the profit Riot probably makes, this would be easy and you wouldn't have an increased number of games were people don't connect because your moving them. I've been playing since 2012, and the only times I have ever experienced ping spikes was when I got screwed by Century Link, and now when your moving the servers and it kills a lot of my plays and my game experience and I'm sure its the same for many others.
