passive Blade Waltz: everytime fiora is hit with a spell or a champion's autoattack, the source gets a stack of blade waltz. at 3 stacks, the enemy champion renders themselves "vulnerable" to be hit in a weakpoint by fiora, who will then get [whatever bonuses she currently gets from hitting a vital in live] and then reset the stacks that they have to zero

ultimate Grand Challenge: everytime fiora is hit with a spell or a champion's autoattack, the source gets a stack of grand challenge. at 5 stacks, the enemy champion is now considered a challenger, who fiora can then "challenge" (R cast) to a Grand Duel. both fiora and the challenger will gain increased movement speed towards each other. but fiora will recieve a small damage bonus and a percentage heal for the damage dealt against the challenger.
