Ranking Based Off Of Personal Permance

Hello Riot,

I believe the state of the ranking system is causing the game to be super toxic, and very very unfun. Say you're playing a game and you're doing well. CSing, placing wards, helping teamfights, getting kills, and taking objectives, but the rest of your team is feeding, fighting with each other, and just plain toxic. Almost every time, you will lose the game, and then rank. I think this is creating a very bad environment, and it makes it super hard to get any rank by doing well, cuz the majority of situations causes you to lose rank. If we changed the system a little bit, and give LP based off of performance, the same way that you grand A/S and so on grades, that the game would become much more fun. This will not cause people to go off on their own and only worry about their own kills, because that is what happens anyway. I believe for sure that this will INCREASE teamwork, people will make more effort toward their own performance, and naturally work together to WIN the game. Rito, please take this into consideration.
