Is League glitching this morning?

Game ran fine last night but when I logged in today I was unable to join chat in lobby. It just said connecting. But I picked a champ and waited out the timer. When the timer ran down and match was suppose to begin the game said That it was [unable to start your match]. Now I am completely unable to launch the game even as administrator. it just flashes the LoL logo and then nothing happens. Thanks for your help guys!
