Why am i earning less LP in silver and losing more than i did in bronze?

I'm losing a lot of LP than when I win in games anymore even though I am in a game with someone else who gets more LP than I did?

Your MMR and Rank move independently of one another, so if you rank up really fast your MMR might not be able to catch up and you can end up with low MMR for that rank; if you continue to win enough your MMR will average out though, and you'll start earning average LP. If you are unable to keep up in that rank then you'll end up demoted, which will also bring both your MMR and rank in line.

You've found out what is behind the phenomenon known as tilt.

The way to get out of it is to either win hard, and beat the system itself and gain a huge amount of LP. Or...lose the hell out and generalise your MMR, then beat the crap out of people who have lower skills than you. I'm sadly the latter by the way.

I could be wrong but op.gg says your ELO is normal, which could mean you're in a higher tier of rank than your MMR/ELO is so you will drop down to what op.gg says is bronze 1 sooner or later.

If you do get back to bronze 1 you'll get more LP per win I believe because you'll be at your real MMR and climb instead of semi boosted.

It's a rough approximation f your real MMR but it says your B2 MMR in S5.

Which means the system thinks you belong in B2 so its trying to force you down there thinking you will lose more then you win. If you keep winning it will go up and even itself out, maybe will even surpass your current rank enabling you to climb faster.
