Hello fellow Summoners! New season for Karthus was harsh (Edge of Night, assasin meta, new Rylais etc.). Now if Exahust nerf on PBE will pass(now they are like that):
No longer reduced attack speed by 30%
No longer reduced armor and MR by 10
Karthus won't be longer viable (this is his best summoner). Please consider buffing him somewhat along with exahust nerfs.
Handy Sandy 1 votesEdge of night wasn't that big of a deal, as he has short cooldowns and doesn't rely on his ult all the time to try to kill someone. A good karthus is gonna wait until those item actives are other, but that's basic knowledge.
New Rylai's doesn't slow them? Hit your wall
The exhaust changes weren't even that bad for him, probably won't notice it since he already builds 
+ a bunch of AP
Exhaust still slows anyway.
Fat Loli1 votesHe rely kills on ult early games as he is playing very passively. Yeah just alot of people liked Rylai and now it makes kinda things harder. Actually damage reduction was BIG DEAL, MR reduction was also cool.

Except that Karthus has some of the highest single target AP DPS in the game early on.
VoidStaresBack1 votesIt still has its damage reduction, it just loses its attackspeed reduction. Very few of Karthus's lane opponent are reliant on AS, so this isn't a particularly big nerf to his laning phase.
