Hey everyone,

I wanted to know why do i win only 16 lp and lose 21 ? Because i checked my MMR on OPGG and it seems normal, i didn't do a lose streak, i'm matched against diamond 5 like me. Is that normal ?

yes, this is very normal when you reach d5. even when you reach it with a high winrate of around 70% you only get 19lp per win

OP.GG is not an accurate reading of your MMR.

Riot will not release the formula for calculating MMR so sites like OP.GG have to guess your MMR.

Looking at your OP.GG most of the team mates and opponents you get placed into games with are Platinum 1 - Diamond 4 so that's a sign your MMR is fine.

ok but i thought that i would win and lose the same amount of lp with my actual mmr...

OP.GG has no idea what your actual MMR is.
Diamond MMR requirements are ridiculously steep. You basically need to grind a tier worth of MMR per division to "keep up" with the curve.

Anyway, you're playing mostly against low Diamond/high Plat players, which means your MMR isn't awful for a low Diamond, it's just nowhere near the average MMR of all Diamond V players.
