Yasuo item build

So I been wondering when do you build Bork over blood thirster or blood thrister over Bork. Also what do I build as my last time when I am ahead? Trinity force, bloodthrister/Bork, ravenous, or semitar???? Since the infinity edge nerfs should i change my runes (I use same runes as bjergsen) and/or consider phantom dancer instead of shiv? Last question is even the game is even or I'm behind should I build a health item like randuina or banshees or build ga as last item??? I know its a lot of questions but any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I recommend the "Dade runes":

Attack speed marks Lifesteal Quints Normal resistances

I personally take BotRK more than BT because I love its utility and attack speed more than BT's passive, and as a late game item - GA. I feel that Yas should have enough damage/CC for his team to make #LC$BIGPLAY$ and not enough escape before the enemy team wises to engage, but you shouldn't be engaging a fight as Yas anyway...

this is very situational of course, but it's what I usually end up running on Yasuo.
