Why don't Riot makes Pantheon's Q work like Veigar's Q (skill shot)?

Why don't they increase the mana costs, like they did with GP.

because pantheon is only a cheese lane champion and basically losing every match-up in the game after 15m unless someone is hard feeding. Increasing mana on a champion that ONLY has laning phase as it's key strength isn't an option. I think the concept of lane-only early game champions as a whole are outdated. Pantheon should be re-tuned o be a mid game champion, then you could make his Q mana heavy or a skill shot.

Just give him either a better late, or rework his Q, but like this it feels so uninteractive and antifun to get chunked and chunked, even under Tower since passive hehe xd.

It's so annoying how he throws q on you every 5 secs, and every time hits you. It would be ok if they increase the mana cost or make it skill shot

No, it really doesn't. And he can still jump and you, since you took D Shield you lose the all in too.

Of course it does. With D shield + revitalise + second wind and staying under tower he will never have enough damage to 100-0 you. You have to remember, it's ok to be behind in CS cause he will get outscaled no matter what. Even being 50 CS behind is ok at 20 mins. You will bully him later.

That's the single most stupid thing I have ever read. In everything till Gold maybe, but once People understand how to close games early and don't drag them 30-50 Minutes with an early champ, it is not okay to be behind that much.

I had pro CS numbers in mind, so like 150 vs 200 CS at 20 mins. You can do the math on how that works out for cs in your elo. And even in pro games toplaners can be hella behind in CS vs stuff like jayce or kennen and still win cause they don't play for fucking lane.

And no, pantheon can't force a game to end.

avg game time is still around 35mins. I doubt you've got a loss or won a ranked game (surrenders not included) pre 30 mins more than once per 15 games or so.

Actually read the last line when I said you could retune mana and make it a skill shot which would be a rework to the ability.

Sorry I forgot internet trolls have the comprehension a slug and need to be specifically told something is a rework lol. and it's not another option, your not going to get a Q rework that is any less oppressive if he is still a win lane lose game champion. Simple balance.
